About the Company
Fit and Fun for Everyone provides in-home/ community based personal training to anyone looking to increase exercise for disease management/prevention, weight loss, or to increase overall well-being. I have experience work with a wide variety of age groups ranging from 5 year olds to older adults. My experience extends from people looking to increase balance, strength, flexibility and coordination to seasoned fitness junkies. I also have experience providing individuals who have developmental disabilities one on one and group exercise training. One of my favorite parts of working with people is seeing clients overcome physical barriers to help their everyday function become easier.
What to Expect
During my training there will be a wide variety of exercise techniques customized to each clients individual needs. We will be integrating a combination of cardiovascular, endurance training, strength training, kettlebell and TRX training. As a qualified TRX instructor I can teach you how to stabilize your muscles by using body weight to increase strength and balance. Fit and Fun for Everyone will incorporate body weight, free weights, resistance bands, pushing, pulling, and rotating motions to create a meaningful workout.
What is Wellness Coaching?
Wellness Coaching assists client in achieving their personal physical or emotional goals through motivational interviewing and behavioral modification. My goal is to assist in creating strategies, goals, and creating self awareness to assist you in your goals whether that is nutritional or physical lifestyle changes.
